Want to organize a private birthday party, corporate team builder event, Friends Nite Out or have your own private gathering, we’ve got the space for your gathering with private setup for your guests at our patio above our concessions. The hosts would have access to the patio above concessions at PDX Fieldhouse during Friday pm DJ’d 7:30-10:30pm open skate sessions for the private function. No skates are allowed up the stairs to the patio. Outside of your party goers, the only other people in the space would be staff.
$250 includes
3 hour function
Private access to the patio above concessions and the ability to start decorating 1 hr prior.
15 People, rentals included if needed
$12/ additional skater rentals included
$5/ additional non skater
Basic instruction from the supervising instructor on making it go, making it stop, proper ways to fall, how to prevent from falling if needed. (Day 1 survival skills)
You may bring in your own food, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
Access to our small microwave.
a no cost link for your guest to register so we may collect rental sizing info and liability forms. Everyone (skaters and non-skaters) occupying space in the studio will need to sign the forms for this event.
Concessions open for the public including private party functions.ADD-ON Options:
$50 add-on for 60 minutes of skate games or any level of instruction above the Day 1 Survival skills. (Beginner Roller Dance, Advanced Roller Dance, Fancy Footwork, Choreo, Rhythm Routines, Learn-to-Skate.)
$250 due at booking. No Refunds. 7 days to cancel and receive 80% SOS credit. Additional people above the allotted 15 will be settled before the end of the party on your reservation day.
